Clean with damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed and wipe the soap down with a clean, damp cloth.

HOW IT WORKS

Upload Your Pet’s Photo: Like your Dog, Cat, Rabbit, Horse, or you could actually upload any photo as long as it’s a portrait style photo. We love you to be creative. But, picture perfect vibes only! We kindly request you to refrain from uploading any photos that might be offensive to others. Here are some tips and examples.

Good Examples: Capture your favorite expression. There should be nothing cut off above the neckline. Well lit natural light photo works the best. Higher resolution image that shows the detail of your pet would be ideal.

Bad Examples: Above examples might be nice photos, but they won’t work for our custom design. The neckline should be visible and ear(s) can’t be cut off from the photo. Also, there shouldn’t be anything distracting around the face. Think portrait photo however, there should still be some contrast from the background against their fur!

Write Your Messages: We dedicated 2 text fields for you to be able to express more than just a standard basic message. So, you can really make it your own and create something unique, special, and one of a kind! The first text field is for the “Larger Text” that you can type up to 10 characters. The second text field is for the “Smaller Text” and you can type up to 30 characters. Here are some examples.
